A business is a multidimensional power house

Imagine..
  • every employee has his or her own field of knowledge, meaning the combination of fields they know very well
  • the business vision is not properly attached in the employees
  • some of the employees are like lions, they want to make a difference and are rich in initiatives, while some are like sheep, poor in initiatives, and some are brakes, they conserve the present and resists suggestions to change
Will there be made work in directions other than the vision? I think so.
Are each and everyone abit lion, abit sheep and abit brake? I think so.

Of utmost importance is to align the visions and introduce mechanisms that enables change to happen. My vote goes to introduce measurements of performance, but I am no expert.
