Getting stuff done by yourself

Its so easy and yet so hard.
  1. Make an ordered list of work you need to do and another list of work you want to do.
  2. Do the first work item you need to do.
  3. Repeat with next needed item.
  4. Repeat with next needed item.
  5. Do the first work item you want to do.
  6. New day, new agenda; Repeat from step 1.
Important: Take a 5-15 minute break every hour or else you find you are dilluting your effective hours and find yourself sitting there doing lesser needed stuff. By making idle space, you can easier put the hard, focused work into the rest of the hour.
