The happiness formula
Arne Næss, a norwegian philosopher, once presented his suggestion of a happiness formula;
h = g*g / (s + s)
Where h = happiness, g = glow, s = suffering.
I think his point is, glow means more than suffering in the way that you can survive alot of suffering as long as there is some glow there. Without glow, you cannot find happiness. To find your happiness, find your glow.
