Agile Platform by Outsystems
Despite the fact this 100+ portuguese/russian company are claiming one of the hottest IT buzzwords for their product line, and the fact that their tool do about the same as Oracles JDeveloper, I can't wait for the download to finish so I can get to play on their product; the Agile Platform. Outsystems have polished their web site and product and their product presentations. It all looks delicious. I want to know whether their technology is based on Prolog or not. I was opening tabs to read about fifth-generation computer languages for my earlier article and when browsing these - seemingly out of nowhere - their page in front of me allured me to take a closer look. After browsing a little and got interested, I searched my history, but did not find the source page which had the link to Outsystems. More video presentations tells me they have climbed to a higher ground; No coding, just new elements, property settings and dragging of stuff onto a construction area, and last but ...
